It was started as a small family owned business of circular knit apparel manufacturing in 2006 and since then it has evolved into a rapidly growing vertically integrated knit based composite garment manufacturing base . COTTON CLUB (BD) LTD. considers itself as an end-to-end apparel solution provider , from design and yarn sourcing till finished product going all the way to providing logistic services to it’s clients . In year 2022 cotton club launched seamless activewear facility with their existing business. We have high competency seamless expertise for implement this project in cotton club. All they are coming from largest seamless manufacturing plant from Sri Lanka, MAS Active Lenia Intimo & local source as well. Our vision is that we can delivering good quality products to our customers.
Cotton Club has got three more production units. Cotton Clout (BD) Ltd. & Tropical Knit Tex Ltd. are producing knitted items for Ladies, men's and children's and another one is Cotton Clothing (BD) Ltd. producing Lingerie items.
Cotton Club (BD) Ltd has commenced its commercial production from 2006. The manufacturing process of Cotton Club (BD) Ltd is vertically integrated with knitting, dyeing, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing & finishing. The factory is located at Gazipur, one hour drive from Dhaka International Airport.
